Defending champion Salisbury has been predicted to repeat as Coastal Lacrosse Champions in 2025, based on preseason polling of the league's seven head coaches.

The Sea Gulls garnered the maximum allowed six first-place votes. 2024 runner-up Christopher Newport picked up the remaining first-place vote and is predicted to finish second in the conference standings. Stockton and Kean were predicted third and fourth, respectively, with Mary Washington, Montclair State, and Warren Wilson rounding out the seven-team poll.
