2025 CLC Championship Central
With an unblemished 16-0 overall and 5-0 conference record, Salisbury has captured the top seed in the upcoming Coastal Lacrosse Conference Championship.
The Sea Gulls will enjoy a quarterfinal round bye, along with No. 2 seed Christopher Newport. CNU is currently 15-2 overall and finished 4-1 in CLC play.
The tournament opens with the quarterfinal round on Sunday, April 27. No. 3 Kean (13-4, 3-2) will host No. 6 Montclair State (8-7, 0-5), while No. 4 Mary Washington (8-7, 2-3) will host No. 5 Stockton (8-9, 1-4). The winner of Kean/Montclair State will advance to the semifinal at CNU on Wednesday, April 30, while the winner of UMW/Stockton will advance to face Salisbury on the same evening.
The championship match is set for Sunday, May 4, at the highest remaining seed.
The winner of the 2025 CLC Championship will earn the league's first-ever automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The CLC acquired an AQ this year following the NCAA-mandated two-year waiting period for new conferences.
