Salisbury Lands Two on USILA Team of the Week

Two Salisbury players have been named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Team of the Week, the organization announced. Midfielder Riley Strub and attacker Connor Herraiz were both honored following a week in which the fifth-ranked Sea Gulls picked up a pair of victories.
 
Strub, a senior from Darien, Conn., turned in one of the finest individual performances of the season on Saturday, recording a career-high eight goals against Stevenson before adding two goals and two assists in a win over Colorado College. The senior midfield finished the week with 10 goals, two assists, five ground balls and a caused turnover across the two contests.
 
Herraiz, a senior from Succasunna, N.J., was equally dominant in the playmaking department, tallying 14 points on five goals and nine assists across the two games. He torched Stevenson for three goals and six assists before contributing two goals and three assists against Colorado College. Herraiz also won nine ground balls on the week.
